SHIPPING POLICY

Dispatching Orders
We’re so grateful for every order placed with NutriGlow. Our small but mighty team aims to dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days of receiving them. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday.

 

Please note that delivery estimates are just that—estimates. Occasionally, there may be unexpected delays that are outside of our control.

UK DELIVERY


We currently ship across the UK, including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands.

  • Delivery timeframe after dispatch: 2–3 working days

 

Delivery Information
Orders are sent to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details carefully, as NutriGlow cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

Please also note that once your parcel has been dispatched, we rely on third-party couriers to get it safely to you. While we do our best to help resolve any issues, NutriGlow cannot be held liable for delivery delays beyond our control.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At NutriGlow, we create products designed to support your gut and overall wellbeing. We want every customer to have the best experience with us. As part of our sustainability efforts, we no longer include paper invoices inside orders. Please read the information below before returning any items.


Problems With Your Order
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact our Customer Care Team within 48 hours of the tracking showing your parcel as delivered. This allows us to investigate and resolve the matter quickly. Email: info@nutriglow.uk. Please provide clear photos of the packaging, a photo of the shipping label, photos of all items received, and a description of the issue. Do not dispose of packaging or products before contacting us. Late or incomplete claims may not be accepted.


Missing Items
Missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. Claims made after this window may not be eligible for investigation or replacement.


Expiration Dates
All products are shipped with at least 90 days before their Best Before End (BBE) date, unless a shorter date is clearly stated on the product page. We recommend using products immediately upon receipt. Refunds or replacements cannot be offered if a shorter expiry was disclosed before purchase, products expired due to stockpiling, or products remain in date within the expected usage timeframe.


Returns & Refunds
You may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be sent using a trackable postal service. NutriGlow is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Include a note inside your return with your name, order number, product name and quantity, and the reason for return.


Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. We cannot refund items that are opened, used, or not in original condition; are damaged for reasons not caused by NutriGlow; arrive without identifying details; are returned more than 30 days after delivery (unless the tracking shows it was posted within the timeframe); or are lost in transit without tracking evidence.


Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours or the courier’s. We cannot refund shipping if you changed your mind after dispatch or if you missed your delivery.


Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 7–10 working days of confirmation, check your bank account, then contact your card provider and your bank. If you still have not received it, email info@nutriglow.uk.


Returned or Missed Deliveries
If an order is returned to us because delivery was missed or the address was incorrect, you may be required to pay a redelivery fee. If the error was ours, there will be no charge.


Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, contact info@nutriglow.uk.


Changed Your Mind?
If you wish to cancel an order before it arrives, contact info@nutriglow.uk immediately. If the parcel has not been dispatched, we will try to cancel it. If the order has already been shipped, shipping costs cannot be refunded. You may refuse delivery so it is returned to us automatically. Please note that once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellation before dispatch.


Discount Codes
Discount codes must be applied at checkout. We cannot apply codes to an order after it has been placed.


Return Address (UK)
33 Newgate Street, Morpeth, Northumberland, NE61 1AT. NutriGlow does not provide free returns labels. We strongly recommend using a tracked service so you can claim with the courier if the parcel is lost.
